We Believe
2. In the full deity and perfect humanity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth and sinless perfection, His substitutionary blood sacrifice, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the Father's right hand, and His present ministry as our Great High Priest, and His personal and imminent return.
3. In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the believer is sealed until the day of redemption and is empowered to live a godly life and build up other believers.
4. That the Bible is the inspired word of God, inerrant in the original documents, and of final authority in all matters of faith and practice. We further believe the revelation of Scripture is full, final, complete, and may not be added to, nor deleted from.
5. That repentance, turning to God, and regeneration by the Holy Spirit are essential for the salvation of fallen, sinful and lost mankind; salvation is a free gift of God's grace received through repentance, by personal faith alone in the redemptive work of the Lord Jesus Christ.
6. We believe in the resurrection from the dead and the righteous judgement of God, who shall receive the righteous into His eternal kingdom and damn the wicked into eternal hell.
7. We believe the literal Genesis record of the creation of all things visible and invisible, including man, who alone is made in the image and likeness of God. Further, we believe that every human life is sacred and has worth and dignity from conception to natural death.
8. That the universal church—the body of Christ—is composed of all true believers in the Lord Jesus Christ who are united to Him and to one another by the indwelling Holy Spirit.
